All software produced by The OpenPrivacy Initiative or any of its projects or subjects is licensed according to the terms listed below.

All OpenPrivacy software is dual licensed under both the GNU General Public License and the OpenPrivacy Software License (BSD/ASL derivative). Before using and OpenPrivacy software, please read the following documents:

- which references the GNU Public License (GPL)
LICENSE.OPSL

You must choose a license which you feel is most appropriate for use of this software. Dual licensing is common practice in Open Source projects such as Perl and Mozilla. Through the combined use of GPL and the OPSL, we have a high degree of freedom yet compatibility and interoperability with other projects will be preserved.

Further, some OpenPrivacy products may contain libraries licensed under the Apache Software License (ASL). The following statement is therefore included to be in compliance with the ASL:

OpenPrivacy satisfies one of the requirements for Broadcatch systems
